Are you looking for happiness? But don’t seem to be having much luck at all.

Is something stopping and you don’t know what it is? I’ll be showing you ways on how to get to YOUR happiness on your own.

I remember when i used to come home all drained out but the thing was I was never ever doing any hard labor. I was just not happy with the life I was having. I was confused on why that was the case because I have a roof over my head. Family that loves me as much as I love them. So it left me questioning myself “why am I not happy?'“
And so I got to thinking and realized I wasn’t having much time to my self. I wasn’t making sure to check on my mental health. I was no longer doing the thing’s I used to love. I wasn’t taking the time to do the thing’s that actually made me happy. Is like I forgot what it was like to be happy and doing the things I enjoyed.
So that’s when I began to implement these actions onto my daily routine.

Reflecting

Reflect on the things that you have accomplished.Stop thinking about what you haven’t done and putting yourself down over it.
Think about the things you have done and are proud of. It can be something small or big. Like …

  • Having good grades

  • Being better at ________

  • Graduating school

  • Having a job

  • Being able to provide for yourself

  • Kind to others

  • You’re more confident

  • you learned how to _______

Declutter

Try cleaning your area, maybe you let it become a little too messy.But thats okay, thats why were going to start now …
Sometimes the bad energy stays in the messiness and even the clutter can be making us feel so disorganized.

Try to make your room into a beautiful ambiance that you can think of and make it your happy place!!

Essential oils

Pick an essential oil that you like and start using it around the house or room. They can help with

  • Mild Anxiety

  • Improving Mood

  • Reduces Stress/Depression through Aromatherapy

  • Promotes Relaxation

  • Better Sleep

    Tbh they’re also good for things as well , This was just a small list on how they can help with Boosting up your mood

Self Care Activities

Start doing the things you love or used to love doing. Don’t forget what used to make you happy or begin doing things that can help you become a better version of yourself, Like …

  • Drawing

  • Meditating

  • Watching a show or movie

  • Yoga

  • Listening to Music or

  • Creating a good playlist

  • Dancing

  • Buy yourself some flowers

  • Spa day

  • Bubble bath

  • Eat your favorite meal

  • Or eat a nourishing meal

  • write a list about what you love about yourself

  • Do affirmations

  • Play with your pet

  • Play with a baby

  • And even taking a nap

Sun Exposure

That means going out while the sun is out, gotta get that Vitamin D and definitely improves your mood and reduces depression symptoms

  • Go for a walk/run

  • Bike ride

  • Skateboarding

  • Taking your Dog or Cat for walk

  • Swimming

  • Explore a part of the park you have
